They're releasing what are basically model kits that are pre-built

Their Kamen Rider stuff is still excellent, especially the SHFSS releases. The DBZ line is hit and miss, but there have been some really good releases lately like Awakening Goku and SS Vegeta 2.0.

I would say Figma has had the hardest fall, but that line was never all that good and just kept jacking up prices. I don't even know what the fuck is going on with SAS.

And honestly, even the worst dbz stuff is just a lack of detailing/paint. Which sucks, but isn't as bad as some of the awful shit Figma has dropped, where no amount of paint would cover the shitty sculpt.

SAS’ biggest problem right now is the price and QC issues. For the most part, I think they come out better than Figma or figuarts in terms of sculpt and paint and sometimes articulation.
