Diana will happen if and only if Lotte and Sucy sell just as well as Akko. It's like how they handled the KonoSuba Nendos - releasing Aqua first to gauge interest, announcing Megumin and Darkness once Aqua sold well, then hastily announcing one of Yunyun to keep that train rolling once the Megumin and Darkness preorders did well. Considering LWA's lukewarm reception over in moonland, the fact that we already have three Nendoroids lined up is pretty impressive.

I believe that this was an error, not that I hate Yunyun, but it would have been wiser to do Kazuma after Darkness, and then Yunyun or any other character

Anon most online retailers always open/close pre-orders periodically so they can ensure stock upon release. Amiami and HLJ do this all the time actually.
I'm not saying any of the LWA stuff would shelfwarm, even if to my knowledge it's more popular in the west then in Japan but that doesn't matter, just that this happens with everything and if you weren't new to this sort of thing you would know that.

Never say never, but it seems pretty unlikely at this point. The show's come and gone, and it was always the sort of thing that was bigger in America than in Japan.

GSC is only confident of guys if they know the fujoshis will buy him. We get tons of Touken Ranbu and Haikyuu guys, but with Kazu I guess he has zero sex appeal and only fans of Konosuba (mostly guys due to the harem isekai shit) *may* buy him, which is risky in their eyes.

Yunyun is a titty monster. Easy sell.
