I think what started is was my buddy and I ran a business a few years ago, and we shared a great big office. He collected Star Wars figs, and I collected various genres, and we'd set up little displays all over the place.
Funny stuff like a land speeder pulled over by 2 speeder bikes, getting a ticket for speeding, Luke with Yoda on his back set up in one of the potted plants, Batman and Robin climbing the side of the bookshelf like the old '66 show, Vader vs Galactus, etc. Just fun stuff like that. A lot of that carried over once we sold the business and went our separate ways.
