Thought the first release Yume had a bunch of problems with loose joints and the plastic yellowing when exposed to too much light? Sure it could still go for that much? Or was it just a few in the first batch that had this issue?

The first release had some isolated incidents of yellowing. Thankfully, mine does not appear to be one of the ones affected by it as I've owned her for a year now and she's still white everywhere.Her waist joint is a bit loose though and i added a few strips of masking tape to the bottom peg of it to help remedy the issue.

Look, it's not that hard. You copy and paste the main post, copy and paste the subject (which OP didn't do, but I'm sure it's fine), and post the BST image that isn't a copy of the last thread so it doesn't start to deteriorate (our usual thread starter probably switches between 2 different .jpgs, which is probably why they never artifact). In the end you link the 2 threads to each other.

It's really not a big deal. If you absolutely aren't sure, then just wait and I'm sure the usual OP will post the new thread up.

If yours is like mine, it's because the pegs are misaligned. Check and see if that's the case. In my case, I physically adjusted the hole with... I don't remember what with, but I made it where it extends to where the misaligned peg can actually fit. Careful, it's a soft plastic and I can see it being easy to go too far.

Young Joseph I had on display but is fine. Old Joseph is the one with the weird knees. I bought him used and only opened him up to make sure they were fine, then kept him in the box.

DIO and The World were also on display. The World is complete but one of his 'air canisters' on his back has the peg snapped off inside of his back. There's also a little clear peg that goes into the middle of his back...I think to make him float next to DIO? The tip looks weird, but it seems like it would still work. This is why he's cheap, and it's how I received him in the first place.

Jotaro and Star Platinum are brand new and have been safely sealed in their boxes for years.

After postage and fees hit me, $7 shipped is the lowest I can go on anything and get even a couple bucks because I'm selling personal possessions, I am not a business. Any cheaper and I may as well throw the item away. And if you have to watch and think about a $7 item you either don't fucking want it or are too broke to be buying shit in the first place. I have never watched an item below $20, if I see a thing I want and it's super cheap I buy it, if I'm too broke atm to afford that little I don't search eBay.

It seems you've encountered the Idiot. The Idiot has buyer's remorse and wants a full refund without sending the item back, but the Idiot can't get a refund unless he sends the item back with a tracking number to prove it. He will nag and nag and nag and drag things out as long as possible hoping he can annoy you into just giving him free money. Explaining the refund process to him will get you nowhere. Eventually he will open a dispute and Ebay will ask him to upload a tracking number before he can get refunded. He won't do this and the case will close in your favor.

On a similar note, the last two times I've had a legit problem and needed to return something the return label's tracking number could not be uploaded. Apparently it's a flaw in their system some people encounter and they refuse to acknowledge it (or maybe they've intentionally blocked me from doing so after so many returns?), but it means I can't return shit that smells like cigarettes anymore, so I buy all my figures sealed now.

I had a fucking awful one with a buyer, I had two items from the Switch&Go Dinos set and both were listed at $14 including shipping. Buyer bought one, and I made sure to ship him the right one since it would have been easy to accidentally send the wrong one.

Few days later I get a message demanding that I sent the wrong one. I do a double check and no, I sent the right one, sent him screencaps showing that the order he bought was in fact for the blue one and not the yellow one. He throws a massive shitfit about his four year old being sad and demands a refund or a free swap, and leaves a nasty fucking feedback in the meantime.

I probably could have fought the good fight with eBay but I had no patience so I said fuck it, mailed him the other one, and got the feedback rescinded. But there were photos all over that the guy clearly bought the blue one, and he was demanding he'd bought the yellow one, even when his own messages showed that they were linked to the blue one.

How you buy the wrong item on an eBay shop I have no fucking idea.

if the created label hasn't been used you should be able to cancel it with USPS and get a refund (it takes 15 days if i remember right)

as for the current stance, i would suggest agreeing to the return and hoping he remains too stupid to ship. on day 8 after accepting return if tracking doesn't show it being shipped yet you can call ebay and have it closed in your favor

If you actually keep your accessories in your boxes, you're doing it wrong. It's a pain to get them out every time and the box gets progressively more worn every time you open it. Switch to a tackle box or jewelry organizer, it's way smarter.

As for keeping boxes, I do it for some fragile figures in case I ever have to move, but most go in the trash. My place isn't huge and I'd rather display figures than boxes. And I already price my sale figures lower than market average for loose copies, so if people don't like my lack of box, they can go buy a pricier boxed one instead.

An item I sold was out for delivery and an attempt was made, and a notice was left. The buyer hasn't been replying to any emails (last few days ever since getting the tracking #)

Should I be worried about a possible returned package despite my efforts to contact the buyer and make sure they try to pick up their item at the post office and let me know they were able to get it?

I keep the boxes to my more expensive figures like figma/SHF/Revoltech, just in case I want to sell any of them, highly unlikely that it is. But I don't bother with other things like my Hasbro Star Wars figures or McFarlane stuff, since they're cheap toys and the only ones that want the boxes for those are neckbeards that want them pristine and unopened anyway.

For some reason I kept the boxes to my Transformers from way back when I started collecting them as a kid in the mid-90s, but that's because they had cool blurbs and character stats on them; now they're not even on any new Transformers boxes (at least not that I've noticed since TLK), so I've stopped that trend finally.
