Remove the whole beast neck conector (its in place just bt friction).
Remove the pin that conects to the ball plate or cut it (yellow star) insert the rest backwards, as if the neck plate would rest on the back.
Glue the inner part of the hinge, just the inner part (green rectangle) to the red bar and back.
The piece alredy has a port for the headmaster (brawn circle) just make it a bit wider with an exacto.
Chibi Repugnus already has a post under its head for weapon mode, use it to conect it to the new body.
Claws are the tricky part, but you can reuse the balljoints, just cut the beast feet and use epoxy to mold the pikes, or use
