First, he's huge -- big, beefy, whatever you want to call it, but he takes up a good chunk of space. Second, he's pointy. I had a friend return him because he felt he was just too uncomfortable to pose and transform. Third, his headmaster, while very nice in concept, doesn't go in and out so easily. Or that the out is far easier than the in. A basic consensus is that MM improved from Titan to Rex (I forgot to mention I also recently was able to pick up Rex, but he's not up on that shelf so it slipped my mind), and Rex to Apollo, that Scorpion is something of a step back.
That's not to say I don't enjoy him, I do. I like his bigness, but unfortunately space constraints currently keep him displayed as a robot. But there have to be some honest criticisms addressed in considering a purchase.
