I've gone ahead and taken a look at the html headers on the images of some of the more recent releases on Takara Tomy Mall and a few other sites. Hopefully this will help us infer the timeframe for when Beyblades go up on each store. For
Amazon.jp though, I think they just put the images up onto their server earlier. I distinctly remember the listing went up AFTER Takara Tomy Mall had put theirs up.

In summary, Takara Tomy puts up releases for preorder at least a month in advance of the release date and most releases happen towards the end or middle of the month.
Hobbysearch puts up their listings pretty much at the same time as the ones that go up on TTMall, though they seem to be missing Twin Nemesis at the moment for some reason.
HLJ puts theirs up within 5 or so hours of an item showing up on TTMall or within the first few days.
Amiami seems to put the listing up whatever date they want post-announcement, but at the very least they are somewhat consistent about what time they put up listings.
