Know those UV lamps they need? nobody told me the bulb stops producing UV light after a few months even though the bulb will still be operational as a light. So you have to change the bulb regularly, not just when it burns out.
So here I am thinking all its needs are being met until suddenly one day it dies from metabolic bone disease because of a severe vitamin D deficiency since it had been spending months under a light not producing UV the way it was supposed to.
