>>6588176I'm fine with it partsforming. I never really mind it. At least it does something when partsforming, since in robot mode it holds all of his guns and is his little battle sled, and in vehicle mode, it's his roof.
The only downsides I've noticed are that his side windows are a little fucky looking because they didn't go the full distance painting the one on his arm hinges, and he's gonna end up with two parts left over. The parts being a lightbar which was obviously meant for Ratchet, which is just unpainted grey and should probably be left in a bits box, 1 gun (or the missile pod, both can fit in the roof, but only one at a time), and the sled feet. Unless you wanna keep the sled feet on in car mode. Whatever, it's your toy. Either way though, something is gonna need to be stuffed into a bits box. His two smaller rooty tooty shooty pistols store under his car mode though, which is nice.
Transformation was easy enough, though I do recommend attaching the roof to the arms before you do the leg bits, it helps line everything up nicely, easier. Again, some parts were tight. Feels like the issue Iron Factory has, things just a little bit tighter than they should be.
Also the weird looking gap in the windows isn't as bad as the pic makes it look. It's there, but the angle makes it look huge, especially since it's a close up on a relatively small figure.
