>>6585443>it's shit if it can't do exactly what i wantThats a very all or nothing view point.
>>6585444To get to that pose, you end up getting a very weird looking figure. You set the angle up to hide that weird/ugliness.
We buy toys here. They're 3d poseable representations of characters we love. They're not photographs and I'm pretty sure most people view their toys from many angles and aren't just behind some glass case that restricts how you can view the toy.
Also, i really can't help but laugh at this statement
>you had to intentionally do something to make it look worse?Fucking hell.
Moving your fucking head, standing up, sitting down or any movement of your body isnt something that's "intentional" to make it look bad.
If it looks bad in anything but the 2d picture you posted, then it looks bad.
>You think marvel legends aren't arranged for specific angles when people take photos of them?Given the fact that their form is intact like a human being, it'd look no worse than a human would doing the same pose, minus the pegs and other concessions given to the joints like any figure. The form/silhouette would be no worse than your typical Figma/SHF/MS/Mezco/NECA/ETC.
The concessions that Yamaguchi gives to his figures fuck up that form and can look extremely unnatural.
