Unfortunately, at 1/12-ish scale there's not a lot to work with. There's a shitty statue of Littlefinger that's a little too big to be the right size and has a head sculpted out of marshmallow, and that's about as close as you can really get without just sculpting up a head from scratch. Unless one of those 1/6th no-name companies out there has bootlegged his likeness, as those companies tend to do with actors.
