Then it's either Toei or Disney (none of the articles specified which one). The western rights holder for Digimon wants Digimon to be "child friendly" so two years ago the specifically banned the Megahouse statue from being sold overseas and I mean completely banned as in exporters weren't even allowed to sell it to western addresses. It was the most nonsensical thing since no parent is buying their child a $250 dollar statue. I don't know if much has changed in the last two years. I know an official licensed distributor in Canada and he was hit with it too.

But seriously, Chernabog is really only a bit more evil than Palpatine just because he’s immortal. I mean, Chernabog raises the dead and uses them along with his demonic minions to make fire-women/satyrs/pigs/goats/wolves for his twisted enjoyment, Palpatine enslaved a goddamned galaxy and intended to blow up any planet that resisted him. Yet Sheev has and will continue to have numerous toys and merchandise, while Chernabog gets virtually nothing.
