Couldn't be orange slices which have vitamins, no it's apples, which have little to nothing.
This is all PR crap on paper though to appease the media and soccer moms. You think they limit customer orders? Hell no, a single person can walk in, order 2 bags of double cheeseburgers and no employee will even flinch. They've barely changed menu ingredients to be healthier.
Dropping toys only hurts their sales, really. Parents will go to the chain that still has them and without the toy there is zero reason to buy a kid meal over the normal menu.
