How are these figures? I really need "plain turtles" in scale to regular figures.

They won't scale well, they're rather large at about 7-8". And honestly they're okay for what they are.

It's kind of hard to give them the credit I once did since NECA's given us so much better in recent years...but yeah, they're fine man.

This is completely not true. They're a flat 6.25" tall, which is roughly what an average scale-creeped Marvel Legends male figure stands at. So they're perfectly in line with 1:10 scaling. 8" would be like a PAK or something.

They don't scale with 6" figures because the turtles are supposed to be shorter than a human and you they look really goofy proportion wise when scaled with a normal 6" figure.

As for the turtles figures themselves, you can do worse. they're better than the average Playmates turtles, but they have tons of flaws, the articulated fingers make them unable to hold their weapons well and all that articulation can't help the figures into any good poses not to mention they can be a bit loose.

You can do worse but yeah I'd recommend the NECA bootlegs, the figuarts or the revoltech turtles instead.

I have the Playmates Turtles in my hand. right this very moment, and a ruler behind them. Can you say the same thing? They are 6.25" tall, bottom of foot to top of head. I don't know if you're >>6618801 or not, but if you are you'd have to be incredibly fucking dumb to think that they're 7-8" tall. They're almost a head shorter than MOTUC, which are 6.75".

The best turtle figures in scale with your average 1/12 human figures are from Figuarts and Neca. The shitty Playmates figures in your picture are too big.

Look at >>6619347 and compare the Leo to the ML on the right. He's way too big. The turtles are supposed to be shorter than an average human.
