>>6623796Yeah, we're kind of hurting for a good generations-style Prowl. The CW one is a joke, and the old classics one is extremely outdated and overrated.
I kind of wish 3P would do more Generations-scale stuff, but that's not where the money is right now. I guess the thought process is that if you're spending the dosh on 3P stuff in the first place, you've probably moved beyond retail/generations stuff.
>>6623802>I care abut scale only if it's about the car (or other wheeled realistic vehicles) alt-mode, especially for MPsI did care about this at one point, but even the MP line fucked that up hard with Bee being so small. I mean, if you're talking about cartoon scale, that's one thing, but that's so inconsistent, why bother? In terms of real world scale, Bee should be bigger than Wheeljack, and Wheeljack should actually be one of the smallest car bots. Tracks should be bigger than your average car-bot. Grapple and Artfire should be huge and tower over Optimus Prime.
As much as my inner vehicle-enthusiast would love a world of Transformers were all bots and alt. modes are flawlessly scaled to each other, I've just taught myself to be okay with military planes that are smaller than sports coupes and the like. I just imagine that Cybertronians picked their alt. modes without paying any attention to vehicle sizes, since they have no real knowledge of how big certain Earth vehicles should be, anyway.
