However, their underwhelming sales and poor choice of some characters no one wanted like Mega Blaziken, or an oversized Pikachu, definitely hurt. Mewtwo sold well enough to get that Mew-less reissue and Charizard was a slow burn that at least got the web exclusive release later, but the others sold like shit.
