These descriptions are nonsense since I've just come across final pictures (except for the Supremacy set, unfortunately), I'll post some real descriptions very soon :wink:

75200: Contains Luke, Rey with both her staff and the lightsaber and a single Porg (looks like the ones from the Falcon). The main build is one of those stone huts with a cloth piece covering the entrance. The main play function is a rock Rey can smash with a Chima crystal inside. The cooking place is one of those black inverted dome pieces. Accessories include a pan, a torch, a cherry, a stick, a fish and a cup :sweet:

75197: Contains two Executioner Stormies, a FO shuttle pilot (the one from the SD) and a FO Crew member *groan*. The main build looks like the one from the Senate Commando BP with a different colour scheme (dark gray, trans-red and black)

75202: Includes Poe, Ematt, a Resistance Trooper and two FO Snowtroopers. The main builds are the ski speeder (with dark red accents in contrast to the microfighters variant, that has blue accents), a turret and a small tower, both with light bluish gray and orange colour schemes. The plates beneath both the turret section and the tower are dark red, very appropriate :thumbup:

75195 contains a ski speeder with that leaked headphoned pilot and a AT-M6 with a walker pilot.

75196 includes a blue A-Wing and Kylo's TIE Silencer. The minifigs are Tallie Lintra (who's just called "A-Wing pilot") and Kylo, complete with lightsaber .

Will the minifig ever be updated?
I'm thinking it's too iconic and too integral to set design, so no. But I could see new arms get released with some outward movement. like those old joints on the brick built figures. But those arms would be very small and probably pretty fragile.

Definitely not, especially considering recent lega developments. I'm sure we will see a lot of "experimental" stuff like minidolls/bigfigs/these NK goblins but the normal figures are here to stay.

They already kinda tried with the technic figs and minidolls and to a lesser extent bigfigs. Everything non-minifig has been a resounding failure.

I don't think they'll ever up the scale because it would make sets seem like less of a value as they would take even more pieces to make things. minifigs are a good size for children and lego prioritizes that over AFOLs.

It's a shame because lego quality with the customization of megaconstrux figs could easily support it's own line of adult themes like the CoD, halo, and assassins creed megaconstrux only... ya know... good.

At Legoland Florida, and maybe others, they let you hand them a minifigure in exchange for the ones on these walls or on the employees name badges. Everyone says it's like Disney's pin trading. It kinda is.

He means all the faces and whatnot that re on the bricks will be prints not stickers. Examples would be Unikitty herself from the movie sets or Nixel faces.

Grateful, but disappointed. Batman's cowl is transparent and the eyeholes don't line up with the headband, and Superman, Hulk, and Spider-Man came with guns for some reason.

This'll be a cheap wave for me. I think I'm only interested in the First Order battle pack and MAYBE the set with Luke. Some of the microfighters are cute but I don't really go for those.

The, what is it, Resistance battle pack from the new Star Wars wasn't too bad. There was a moc tank posted with then awhile back. The lack of any real markings on the uniforms makes the nice for some kind of random mercenaries, plus the helmets could be useful with plenty of other figs.

I picked up the Battlefront battlepacks, not that I gave much of a damn, but the one helmet was nice and the jetpack pieces are pretty slick. Plus it's a Duros and a Rodian head. Not sure what I'd do with them, but I'll figure something out.

Perfect, the only important minifig in a medium/small set for once. I know the Porg's design has been known for a while but it's pretty lame, I can see that printed head being fun though. Actually I'm tempted to get a few of these when they get discounted as it looks like a reasonable castle parts pack.

the AT-M6/Heavy Walker is pretty good. The scout walker is shit. TIE Silencer looks cooler than the Star Destroyer imo but both are good, probably depends on whether you already have Kylo or not.

The Rogue One rebel figs are nice for a similar reason, the molded helmets are awkward asides from the battlepack ones but other pieces seem rather nice for generic pilots, soldiers or mechanics. No flesh neck prints, too.

Im honestly fucking mad because i was defending this crap. To me it looked like an amazing base for a cool cartoony tank.
Like something you would see in Metal Slug.
I was dreaming of bying it and rebuilding into a cool as fuck tank of WW1 or something.
Filled with soldiers and having cannons.

Now after watching JANGBRICKS review i see that inside of this shit really sucks.
you cant "just rebuild" it easily.
It has a shit ton technic skeleton. Some stupid different build.

So if i buy it i will need a lot of my own pieces. And i will be using just these big tank treads and only them from this set...
fuck it...

Yeah, it really seems they didn't put much thought into these. Big sets from past NK waves also often looked barebones asides from the Fortrex, but there was usually a lot of silly functions meaning they probably were fun for kids to play with, most sets from this wave seem to not even have that going on for themselves. The smaller sets seem ok, though.

The Twinfector and Berserker Bomber are probably the only really good ones unless the Hover Jouster has some mind-blowing feature we haven't seen yet.

im actually having a heaviest Nostalgia right now. Like really a big nostalgia wibes.

This whole hate of "the ass-view" reminds me the same goddam line of negative comments that appeared when this set was revealed back in 2012.

There also was a guy who was HYPED first but then went "meh...i hate the back view".
Damn..i miss 2012-2013 years...my easiest and happiest years.
I loved Chima. I had money to buy sets. And there was one special thing in my life that dont exist anymore...
(i love this gorilla mech, though. It's really not as bad as this nexo tank)

I still like this better than Axl's rumble maker, and Aaron's uninspired lime fuck. The people that thought we were getting a WH40k tank should have known better, but it is close enough to easily modify into something cool with your own parts. That being said it still seem over priced for how little actual construction there is. People are calling it a mini-fortrex. I've seen the fortrex on sale for $10 more than this set, and that is a much much bigger set with way more parts, better figs and substantial side builds.

Picked up the Quake minimech polybag today and HOLY BUCKETS is there ever a lot of useful pieces in it! I remember when the light bley studs with holes were 25 cents each and this set comes with seven of 'em. Other pieces include a whole mass of gold studs with holes, two of the newish bar with ball pieces, a video camera snot block, two black ingots for >>6635505, and a reddish-brown Travis brick, which is what instantly sold me on it when I saw it through the transparent part of the polybag.The brown Travis was a pretty rare piece for a while because it only came in a single 1999 SW set (I actually already have two because I had two of that set from when it came out), but they've been putting them out in reddish-brown since last year apparently so here's a good place to get them. There are also some other sweet pieces like 3x3 dishes, 2x2 dishes, and a bunch of different clips and bars.

Anyway, for $3.97, I highly recommend the Quake mini mech.

A store near me has an aisle in the toy section where they put all the stuff they want to get rid of.
If its there for more then about 6 weeks, they take about 20% off.
I was in there the other day and they had 11 of that set in the section.
If it wasn't for the fact that it was a big chain department store I'd try and see if the manager would sell them all to me for a couple of hundred.

Sometimes this place disappoints me. Sure it's a shitty build, but don't we excel by looking at what could be? Sure it's a shitty build on its own but that door wouldn't be bad as the basis for a bunker, or door to Cerebro if you're Superhero inclined. It even has the giant X. And who doesn't mind a pair of eldritch abominations? I know people here enjoy turning the Nexo lava dudes into demonic figs, that'd be great decor for them.

Resell the figs, though at least those red helmet guys look kind of interesting. Does that dot in the front work as a stud? Doesn't look deep enough even if it did. Shame.

I think Lance looks the best with the pearl gold accents this year, but those trans-neon-reddish-orange visors are terrible. especially on Lance.

I really like these $20 sets with 3 figs compared to the 'battle packs' that are like 15+ for 4 figs with a nothing build.

a bunch of straight up walls laid on the side. The important thing to remember is that "5 plates = 2 studs". That's why it's easiest to build the "walls" 2 studs thick instead of just one. If I had made them just one stud thick the grill pieces would either be too low or too high.

I use the CMF Barbara pink batgirl one. It has a silver hairtie and isn't glossy. I really like the nexo armors but they are really restrictive in terms of helmets/hairpieces/capes/ninjagofishhats.

Thanks anon! Yeah, it's quite priapastic. Engine mount was fun to build and the math actually worked out so it's got pretty flush connections everywhere that matters.

I'm wondering why they don't have standard smiley faces. It doesn't seem like they would use stylized faces as placeholders when they're all going to be standard smileys. Is this the end of the traditional smiley face modulars?

I surprised that no one has posted jang's review of Lance's hover jouster. I like his reviews, but I think he missed the point of the jouster. The box even has a picture of the action feature of the "cannons" jousting forward because they're just lances and its not a tank, jang.

That's what makes me sad about airtanks with space figs. Really limits the hair. Okay, sure, obvious fix is lose the tank. Still it's a bummer since even some relatively short ones still are just a tiny bit too long, like the basic short ponytails.

Working on this little hideout base for my headhunters minifigs.
Ordered few pieces to bricklink to improve it. At this point "tile decorated/tile round decorated" are my favorite and the most wanted pieces on bricklink.
I even wanted to buy cars set just because it has rare wooden plank tiles.

I dont 'collect' minifigs but i do make my own characters. And sometimes i keep a character if i like him/her. Such case will be great for my slecial minifigs.
