The SC stuff is obviously bigger and so far has had more points of articulation, though the poseability seems to be about the same since SC will use double joints with roughly the same range as the ball-hinge joints Bandai has been using for knees. I'd give SC the edge on accessories so far, but not by a huge margin. I'm curious about how well the softer materials SC uses will hold up over time, but there's no way for me to comment on it yet.
Aesthetically, SC is straight up going for SFV while Bandai seems to be going for a more generic style taking inspiration from a lot of sources.
