Throw them out if you definitely plan to keep all your toys. If you ever intend to resell them though, it's a good idea to keep the boxes because some people are picky about that shit.

I pitch most of them aside from more expensive and import stuff.

I have a shitton of storage space in the basement so I just pick up a big tote every once in a while to stack them in and put the tote in a corner.

One of those looks similar to a pointing hand. You would have to heat it up and bend it to get it to look right, and paint it but that might prove difficult since rubbery plastig doesn't take paint veery well.

These were re-releases of previous figures, with previous heads and accessories. And the pre-order for them lasted ages.

A store in my -third world country- city has this bootleg Yamato and Gabumon G.E.M., actually I'm planning to buy it for a gift to my friend since it's cheap but I'm not so sure about the quality, if it looks so bad might I consider ordering the original one, even though my friend probably doesn't mind it, so does anyone has pics of this specific bootleg or can someone point out what are the differences between this and the original? neck and torso joint are too limited to pull many good poses off. Also the knees on mine were pretty loose but i was able to fix that.
He's okay otherwise and i do like his sword effect part.

They don't seem to give a general email, it's specific to whichever store you order from. I've got Sawara's and Fukuoka's, which are order-sawara@mandarake.co.jp and order-fukuoka@mandarake.co.jp, but that's about it.

So presumably, change the name of the store to the one you used.

I remember it going for 5000 caramelized grasshoppers on Mandarake. All the TV BRS figmas seem to go for a lot but they aren't rare at all afaik.
I remember TV Dead Master being about 2800 back when it was released. Not sure how desirable it's now based on that.

For a single accessory? No. But I bought McFarlane's Bob & Doug McKenzie figures just for the mess of beer bottles they come with.

McFarlane figures are usually trash, but a lot of them have great accessories.

Normally I don't. Closest to that would be when I picked up a Neca RE Licker figure for 50 cents that was missing the tongue, So I bought a Jaeger Venom figure since it comes with 2.

Although a couple times in the past I've bought a toy or a model to make a mold of a part, cast it in resin for myself, then sell the original back on ebay.

A bit niche, but maybe someone on /toy/ is from New Jersey. I remember earlier this year an anon posting about going to some sort of annual toy show, toy market, toy con, something along those lines and finding all sorts of cool stuff there. IIRC it was located in a church and seemed to happen yearly, with vendors selling all sorts of toys, mostly weirder and more "obscure" items like Mythic Legions, stuff you wouldnt find at your local toy store or TRU. Sadly google has only led me to the NJToyCon and the Wayne Toy Show, which I dont think either of those are. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I know for a fact the show Im speaking of had a website but I never seemed to bookmark it.

There's a bunch. Depends on what you like.
They made 3 noodle stopper figures of the dog from Okami but those are not cheap.

There's a 5 set of chibi Naruto NEXT GENERATIONS figures with scrolls to hold down the lids.

- and a Kashuu Kiyomitsu from Touken Ranbu.
(actually theres a few different ones from Touken Ranbu)

Also there's Darkstalkers Morrigan which is less naked.
