I have this thing about DX9 where I feel most of their figures got like, 90% completed...And then they just completely forgot the last pass of polish to the figure. I really am liking the set so far, but there is seriously no reason they couldn't have made all of the heads except for maybe Mixmaster (because of his inherently fucked up design with his head suck inside of his body, but he's always like that) on ball joints.
Loving Scavenger though. All of the joints on everyone so far (4/6) have been tight, though his left arm ball joint is a biiiiit looser than the rest. Might give him a drop of the ol' floorpolish.
Unfortunately Scrapper seems to have nearly fused leg swivels. Shit. Guessing the paint is whats doing it. I dunno what to do here, not sure if graphite lube would get'em going. They budge a bit, but barely.
>>6661279My actual problem is any of the Christmas stuff we have around here is like...Christmas balls and stuff. And most of them have glitter on them. And I personally hate glitter. I spent a literal month last year vacuuming my apartment because my mother put glitter on EVERYTHING SHE GAVE ME. It was like a glitter nuke went off in my crappy little hovel. And I really don't want to get glitter all over my figures, it was bad enough it wouldn't come out of the carpet, or my hands, or my clothes, or my dog, or my roomie's cat...
I'll see if I can find something in here that isn't shedding glitter like a diseased animal sheds hair.
