Unless it's needed for structural reasons, this paint chipping garbage can fuck off. Wei Jiang really needs to stop this shit. Arcee's thighs being metal added nothing important and MPP10's chest didn't need it.

Being a StarWars fag is suffering due to quite a few figures (particularly those from the 30th Anniversary line) were only available in multipacks and the like.You either have to buy the whole multipack and be stuck with figures you don't want, or pay through the nose for the individual figure.

G1 Megatron's back piece, Soundwave's thin joints, those were necessary. G1 Prime's chest and feet, much of G1, didn't really add anything for having it. Now it's more a sales gimmick than a necessity and often added to areas that increase weight up top, instead of in feet or low parts where it might help the toy not fall over.

This seems to be a growing trend I've noticed as of late, particularly with 1/6 scale figures. I've seen plenty of listings on Ebay for unofficial Dredd, Suicide Squad, Drive and MGSV figurines, but none of the major 1/6 scale toy companies have come forward with products of their own. If there were official versions of what I'm after, I'd sure as shit buy them, but if unofficial, decent quality bootlegs are the only way to go then so be it.

Funkos are big on the convention circuit. Probably 1/2 the dealers carry them and 1/10 nothing but them. Stores, though, they do seem to gather dust. I don't see real toys moving at stores either though.

You know, the damnedest part is that MegaMan should've been the line most able to cope with that. All they had to do was sculpt a dozen weapon parts and produce each color in like a 10% ratio against the blue. Could've even sold packs of weapon parts...do the most popular red weapon as a whole figure and pack up the other red effects/hands in an add-on pack at idunno, half the ratio of the standalone figure. Easy money really.
