For that, it's hard to say exactly, but Jungle and Desert both feature green and olive clothing and armor pieces, and I think Desert and Black Ops are your best bet for gas masks. If you want it to be perfect, you'll have to do a bit of painting yourself. Also, none of the gas mask heads come with hoods, so you either have to do a bit of carving and gluing, make a hood yourself out of fabric or nylon, or else you just have to decide which fits your display better.
