1/12 scale, there's mythic legions which are just...mediocre, but alright. If you like the designs, they do sales every so often on the figures. (not discounts, just that they're produced in low quantity.) I've had over a dozen but I felt the articulation and paint apps were better. Paint scraping shouldn't be an issue.
Revoltech has a 15th century era german gothic knight coming out next year. If it's revoltech, it'll have good poseability and it doesn't have the yamaguchi stylization so it looks fine in more reserved poses.
