Because they all sort of have boobs. Each will come with a new head that's basically their regular heads as helmets but they'll have actual faces. They will be easily redecoed as male characters later on.
Scouts are totally new sculpts.
Astrale & Bulletta. Astrale turns into a shuttle, Bulletta turns into a bullet train. In addition, they can do symmetrical docking to form a combined robot mode named Omegan Spreme.
Voyager is another redeco with a retool.
