Considering they haven't even shown off the packaging by now (or added it for preorder on their site, and still no release date), the only way we may get to see it is when it gets released. (Though it may say something about SPACE needing to raise funds, so they have the Aniversian equivalent of Girls Scouts sell chocolate Buckys.)

By all means- do get Jenny. She makes a fine addition to any collection. BFS put a lot into it (unlike this fan-made figure). And at some point, I hope they make a gunner's pit for Deadeye (even a papercraft version will do), just so we can pose him actually doing something with that chalk in his lower right hand.

Do the foot pegs fit the figure or are they a different size? I just got my Bucky and I was thinking about getting a Croaker also and maybe buying up the old crew figures just to have a temporary crew until Bossfight gets around to doing the rest.

I'd also say I really like the Bucky I got. The faces are cool, but they were a bitch to get the others on the first time, and so was his cape. I was worried I might break them or damage them the first time. They loosened up afterwords though.

No. The original pegs are larger- 5mm, vs BFS's 2.5mm.

Hopefully, they'll have that problem fixed for Deadeye and the later figures. It was an issue with the plastic they ended up using, I think. They recommended using a hair dryer to help loosen things up, but you could always just shave a bit off with a hobby knife.

Dead eye duck was my fav. as a kid but he looks a bit too much like Donald Duck.

Ordered Deadeye and Knight of Asperity from Locker Toys' Ebay using the 20% coupon they had today. It was quite significantly cheaper than ordering via other outlets due to the free shipping, and being from Canada, even with our currently weak dollar. They're probably a good alternative for international buyers who want these figures, especially if they're in for just one or two.

Honestly I'm really happy with him...but he's not perfect.

The swapping, even with heating, is annoying enough that I'm probably just going to leave him alone after I get him posed and set up how I want him. I absolutely love the size. I love when small figures like this are so damn well articulated.

That cape is a bitch to get into his back.

The two extra faces are so pointless. They should've given us something more extreme looking, because I seriously had to REALLY look at the faces to realize they were different. I hate subtle shit like that. And again, this plays into the difficult to swap the faces. It's not worth it.

So, overall, I'm happy, but there are tiny problems. I'm going to get Dead Eye for sure, and if they do any of the reptiles...

Thanks for following up. The paint apps look decent enough, especially coming off of the original toys. Deadeye it is! Enjoyed the show as a child, but I loved the arcade game. That and the X-Men arcade game were a very fun time and the highlight of any trip to Chuck E Cheese’s.

No, you had everything- Jenny was fully prototyped and ready to go in wave 2 (and several others), but because of certain reasons (including the fact that they made too many Air Marshalls and Blinkys that did just that), the toyline (and by extension, the series) was killed off.

Even with four arms, he still has a bit of trouble holding onto the handlebars and the guns at the same time (the pegs are too big, but his hands are made of a somewhat flexible plastic, so you can still get them to fit.

I got Deadeye today and he's amazing, the only thing that kinda sucks is they gave him too similar option beaks like how Bucky had a pair of subtle different faces. Also pulling his hands out made me worried I was gonna break the wrist pegs.

Well, now I have Dead Eye pre-ordered on BBTS. I'm kind of hemming and hawing on the line, desu. I still have a day or two to decide on whether or not to cancel Bucky. I like the aesthetics, but $35 for 4" figures that don't come with a remarkable amount of accessories or noteworthy features... I dunno.

While I don't agree with the guy you're replying to's complaints, since bfs is a small company and have to produce stuff at a higher price point, the reality is:
lighter is better on the strain of joints and weight distribution in general.
Using ABS shells and POM/PA frames, like SHFs, instead of PVC everywhere makes for cleaner cast quality, more consistent socket assembly and cleaner paint apps. Let's also not forget that lots of these japanese figures go in with great joint engineering in mind, and pose extremely well and look extremely fluent when posed, not something you can really say for most bfs products. Granted the bucky figures all look pretty great posed, unlike the vhacks figures.

So while these figures are fun and certainly not breaking left and right, they're still sloppy. That should be expected here, though, and I see very little reason to complain.
