The price for the IKEA Detolf cabinet (50$) is amazing, but unfortunately it's kinda small for displaying larger things like Lego UCS sets.
You can get bigger display cabinets, but they are super expensive (think 400$).
I've been looking in to those Acryllic display boxes too (e.g.
https://www.idisplayit.co.uk/), but they are expensive as well and I think it would look shitty if you have a shelve with all kinds of different sized boxes on it.
Honestly I think the best option would be to search for things like second hand store displays on craigslist. The only problem is if you'd want to get more later you'd have a hard time finding another matching cabinet.
