I actually really like the revoltech Spider-Man, despite disliking the knee sculpt to some degree. The amount of hate this board has for revoltech is really silly. They put out fun, durable toys, with thoughtful accessories, with articulation design that actually made the other companies step their game up for articulation.
The infighting on this board between Hasbro fans and Japanese company toy buyers are also weird. Just look at what Hasbro is putting out now, with the accessory types for their Black Series and even releasing standalone mini helmet displays like the Kamen Rider helmet releases... The competition is good and only prompts each other to get better.
Fair enough that OP doesn't like revoltech's looks but there actually aren't any comic Spider-Man figure from import companies other than Kaiyodo/Revoltech though. Mafex and Bandai are doing the movie toys.
