The list of what effects china films is as follows
Violations of the basic principles of the Constitution of China
Endangerment of the national unity, sovereignty or territorial integrity/advocating terrorism
Belittling exceptional ethnic cultural traditions, incitement of ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination
Inciting the undermining of national religious policy, advocating cults or superstitions
Violations of the lawful rights and interests of minors
Insults of defamation of others, or spreading others' private information and infringement of others' lawful rights and interests
So as long as the film is not making a necromancer the main good guy and they are not mocking any faith it's allowed. And this is government level, not the people themselves.
