He only needs one face (They might make the angry one, too but as DLC that's shipped with another figure) and no additional props. Even the body would be as basic as it gets though they might opt for movable "bunny ears".
Bizarro Goodsmile would make a version that includes both the powered up and skeletal versions with interchangeable parts to create different stages of power level transition
