>>6729276>>6729625The day I found my first Vader, I went to four Targets just because I was looking for Titans Return figures on clearance. The Target closest to me had two of each centerpiece and I got one Vader. The next day I went back and got another for a UK-anon whom I’m pricing out shipping costs for. The day after that I went back and got my Luke and left the last one at that store—another Luke.
Might have to go back and get that last one now that I think of it. I want to try lopping his head off and dremeling it out to make it work on other figures. The best actually turns out to be the entire torso; the orange and grey are just mashed around so much and areas are so thin it has the appearance of a removable vest.
But for real though: these things don’t even come with the batteries to run them. They should drop the statues, selectively put in LEDs, reduce the packaging, and just sell them as environment packs. The stands they bundle with BS figures are technically priced at $10-$15. I’d pay that much to get an environment with some foot pegs and maybe one accessory like a gun, helmet or satchel.
