Lego modular houses were always 150€.
The first two houses are worth around 300 used, more when MISB. But that only came from the extremely short production cycle of 1,5 - 3 years.
The third house was available for 6 or 7 years, it barely goes over 240€ MISB.
A later released house can't even go over 210€ unless you are lucky and your overpriced listing is bought by some idiot.
It's only downhill from here.
You know the meme UCS Falcon from 2007 that cost 550€ and became worth 1200€ used, 2400€ MISB? Nothing will have that kind of evolution again. I really can't tell what kind of fate the newest Falcon will have because on one hand it's expensive enough that no sane person would stock up on it immensely as an investment which keeps the number of sets floating around low but it's also already so expensive that there isn't that much of a way up, especially in times of poorer and poorer people. My prediction is the Falcon will settle at 1200€ MISB, 1600€ at most.
