I started buying them last summer, and I'm likely going to be selling the ones I have off soon as well, and I have nearly 100 myself, probably.
I don't even hate them, I honestly just don't need another thing to collect, and I don't really have any room for them. I'd rather put the money into other things I like a lot more, than continue on with these things.
Although, there is one thing I want to address;
>>6737388>>6739739>>6742538My conclusion interacting with the Funko community was the polar opposite. I have never encountered a nicer, friendlier, more generous community than the Funko one. Sure, you might have shit heads scalping, or a few people who go crazy over Chases, but in general, the community helps each other out, and if you make friends with people they're often willing to go out of their way to help you find something you can't find in your area, sometimes willing to give you the figure for free, or at least retail even if its worth way more.
Despite what people think, most people who collect Pops also collect tons of other toylines as well, so they're really buying the same stuff we are, just also buying pops. Its not fakers pretending to be nerds, its literally people buying the same shit we are along with pops.
I honestly don't know how anyone can say this is the worst community out there. I've seen SOOO much worse. Look at the Transformers community, or the GI Joe community (or really any Hasbro-property community) They're all horrible. I left GI Joe because of the community, not the product. It was awful dealing with those people.
