Assuming you're using all the same information it could be because you're ordering from a different store from the one you ordered from when you were banned. I've heard of people having to email other stores to get unbanned for mistakes on their end.

They are allowing people who were banned to start placing orders again as part of the 20th or 25th anniversary of opening the first store it said on the home page a few months back.

I've mentioned this a couple times, but I was banned for a long time because I bought something on ebay and it was a proxy seller in Asia who used my address t buy off there and then filed a credit card issue. I kept messaging and only got a response after two years of messaging once every couple months. They unbanned me but I'm on thin ice and they warned me not to order from "dubious sellers" again.

Just one or a few?

I cancelled two within 6 months and they gave me a last chance warning. But since I've bought 10+ things on separate orders since then they removed the warning.

Well, looking at my order history, it was one direct cancellation and one that seems to be an order modification that was still counted as a cancellation.
