Relatively new figure collector, here.
I've had this DC Icons Rebirth Superman for a while now, and just out of the blue after sitting on a shelf, it broke.
I've had it out of the box for a sitting on a shelf for maybe 6 months. I'd pose it every now and then and put it back. Then, just now, I picked it up to pose once again and the leg was super loose and came off at the groin. Pic related.
It's literally just been sitting on a shelf. I didn't drop it, I didn't ham hand it. It was fine the last time I put it on the shelf but all of a sudden it broke while sitting there.
What gives? I live in the CA desert area, so it's dry and pretty cold still. Is that why? Would that make the leg just snap while sitting there?
