The figure on the left is Poison Spider-Man. The Poisons were the enemy of the recent Venomverse comic (and Poison X and Venomized) and are essentially natural predators of the symbiote that latch onto a host that already has a symbiote, and bond with the symbiote, consuming the host inside. They always have an exoskeleton appearance.
The original Poison (on the right) is from a What If? where during the Other, the Venom symbiote found Peter's dead body struggling with the soul of the Spider-God, and took it for itself, warping Peter into a twisted version of himself.
Personally, I'd be happy with either.
