Also, Alien3 is a good movie (even better the Assembly Cut) I don't saying that is in the same league as Alien and Aliens but isn't as bad as AvP movies or Resurrection.

Looks like the Predator series 3, Jungle Hunter. Amazing paint but the plastic was fragile and limited articulation.
