That said, cheap western shit like hasbro figures funko pops or blind box figures (well, the type, the cheap shitty things) I can totally understand leaving those in boxes never to be opened because you can do fuck all with them.
But say a figma, transformers masterpiece, s.h figurarts, the REAL poseable figures should ALWAYS be unboxed as their designs are MEANT to be moved, that and say transformers mp boxes don't let you see the figure inside so it seems wasteful to leave it in there, I store mine in boxes but they all come out for a fiddle
