Just make sure you not opening a shop or something and going with Mass Production.
People sell customs/handmade versions of characters on convention all the time.
For example making 3 copies, showing it in the internet and finding a buyer will be pretty fucking easy - i mean it's an articulated Street Shark. Im pretty sure many people that collect toys would buy it in a heartbeat.
If you reeeaally going to make an actual street shark action figure, of course.
