If you aren't familiar with 3D modelling from scratch, or don't know what things like "non-manifold" are, you're gonna go thru a lot of effort.

Places that sell them probably have sculpted from scratch which, as I explained above, can be a lot simpler and then frees them from the issue of taking someone elses property and selling it. They're just selling fanart at that point.
