And? The character line-up was entirely up to them and they decided on 3 Crashes instead of more characters. Unless they were retarded enough to sign a license contract that only allows them to do Crash
Then again it's NECA so even if they had full access to all the characters, they'd just make Crash and let the license expire anyway
