Probably not. I missed Metroplex, was disappointed by Takara Devs, deeply regretted Fort Max, and skipped Trypticon. I can't see myself going for another Titan unless its Scorpinok.

Metroplex was the only one I really wanted but Fort Max was so bad I really don't want to pay a premium for him.

The original toyline scales are irrelevant. If if mattered that much then Metroplex would have been Leader sized. Predaking the character is not bigger than any of the other combiners.

I think they realized that the first movies have commercial potential left in perfecting the movie figures that have been asked by fans. It's obvious that storywise, the series has become too confusing and the visuals not enough to sell movie tickets, so why not capitalize on the nostalgia of the first movies and scavenge the best character designs. I mean look at Barricade and now Blackout, which have a cult following. I can see the Constructicons and maybe Jetfire getting redesigned releases hopefully, including the unreleased bots like Scrapper.

well someone had to be the longhaul.

Overall though I'd say it's pretty neat, from an engineering view at least. Getting the entire legs out of tantrum and headstrong is cool and basically having most of the torso be formed out of Divebomb rather than Razorclaw, who only seems to contribute the head and crest, is neat.

But holy fuck hasbro try again with accessories and tampos. You aren't getting 200$ out of me for this any other way.

Well this is why we need to wait for Legends since they will probably do both as a Japanese Exclusives anyways. I doubt western fans care about both since you know Hasbro expects people to read the comics and they know how badly they represented both in those media.
