Sorry m8, you gotta buy 2. Scouter Vegeta for the head, and SS bod. Or the MAjin Vegeta coming up, but still headswap nec.

I strongly recommend getting Scotuer Vegeta sooner rather than later as he has been ona steady price hike

are the heads compatible? or would I have to glue them on or something?

The heads are compatible. All you have to do is pop the head off of the ball peg of the Super Saiyan Vegeta, and pop the base head on. Not every figure in this line has compatible heads, but luckily, Super Saiyan Vegeta 2.0 and Scouter Vegeta 2.0 do have compatible heads.
