from what I saw on eBay they may have been censored for a while, most copies have the shirt.

I got the pair loose for $8, never saw them locally anyway, nice enough figures except the necks are just basic pegs and feel a bit flimsy, and there are no foot holes for a stand.

I can get the 3-pack sets with cleavage on eBay $13 shipped for the pair, but I'm not sure I care enough to double dip for a tiny bit of fanservice on action figures when they're not even in bikinis or leotards or anything like that. I have proper access to actual porn.

I've seen cleavage copies in both the 3-packs and 2-packs but still at a much lower rate than the shirt copies. I'd wager a Walmart exec noticed after the line got made, this was a retooling and not a paint change.
