That's 7 steps just to get to the tracking # for an order, why is BBTS so poorly designed? They did a website redesign and they are still stuck in the 90s.

Orders should be neatly listed with sipping status and tracking on one page- you know, the way Amazon and eBay do it. It's not that hard.

I don't even give them excessive business anymore, a lot of their prices are exceptional. It seems much of what I buy are the few rare items that are somehow cheaper than eBay/Amazon or whenever they decide to have a sale. Are they banking on loyal customers that don't shop elsewhere for repeat business?

They've been around for a long time yet don't have a modern website and are doing a poor job of pricing competitively. I wouldn't be surprised if both lead to them going under in the next 2 years, still sitting on unwanted stock of reissue Seacons they refuse to clearance price out.
