It was in a box and had an opening flap in front so you could see the figure inside.
I remember the head sculpt so ugly that it scared me. ... I would often times go back and look at it just to get that chill down my spine.
I don't remember the manufacturer to look it up, and the product photos were very flattering (and lying) so I've never been able to find it online. Probably for the best tho.
