Price: Not sure on Extreme, but T&T and Colossal are decently marked
Sculpt: Colossal comes in last for sure, as it lacks the correct proportions in favor of stability. It's a rough tie between Thrash and Chomper, because they both have very accurate sculpts, but action features that somewhat hinder that.
Playebility: Thrash hands down.
Accuracy: All are about equal, it depends on what parts you're okay with being inaccurate.
And size: Colossal wins hands down, however the other 2 are more in scale with the human and other dino figures.
Overall, its personal preference as to what you want the figures for. My favorite is the Thrash, because it has such a fantastic action feature, but the rest are far from bad.
