You've opened a can of worms. Some people are going to say the McFarlane Toybiz figure, some are going to say the current revoltech, some will say the Hasbro Pizza Spidey... but it all depends on what you're looking for.
If you want playability, the revoltech. He's got ugly joints but he poses very well. If you want something more in scale with your other legends, McFarlane is nice but not worth the price tag. And the pizza Spidey just got reissued (albeit with a few less hands) on the vintage cards, so that's cheap.
I like the Ultimate Spidey ML from two years ago, and the Ben Reilly one. But to each their own.
