>When I first came to Hasbro, I came to work on Transformers, and uh, I worked on the tail-end when it was Micromasters, Powermasters and kind of the tail-end of that. Um, and then I moved on to GI Joe and then later on I came back, and uh, led a team that was focusing on what do we do with Transformers going forward. And we had a designer called Chris Gross who had been working on uh, uh, several different kinds of iterations of Transformers for the future. And the uh, this cheetah that we came up with, that ended up becoming Cheetor, uh, really connected with us, with management, and with kids that we showed it to. And uh, so, we actually thought it was going to be part of a line, not the whole line, uh, and Transformers was so disenfranchised with our retailers that when you look at that packing, you can see that it says Beast Wars *makes large gesture* with Transformers this big *makes small gesture*, because management didn't even want to call it Transformers, so, uh, that's how bad it was, it just had to have, sort of a whole restart, to get it started.
