If he wrote a book, count on characters either being hispanic or somehow being drawn to look hispanic even if it makes no sense, such as X-23. Remember her first Marvel Legend when Toy Biz was doing the line? The variant looked hispanic for that reason, he drew her that way in NYX.

I had this problem with Dragon Stars. I had just gotten into buying action figures, so I didn't notice that the Frieza figure was a different line (and also horribly broken) until I got him out of the package.
