I also think that 4chan here is the best place to learn the basics. People are brutally honest here and thats wonderful.
If you post something lame and shitty, people will tell. If its okay, people will ignore it. /Toy/soldiers rarely comment on good work, and only if its really outstandingly good.
I like to look back at my oldest Pics from time to time cause this is a hobby where you really can see the development your skills have made.

It was taken with the camera of a ps vita in the worst lighted location you could think of,between computer boxes as a black selfmade lightbox. If i posted that shit on instagram i would have probably been ignored.
